Scarlet Burden – Researcher

Scarlet brings a fresh perspective to Roadnight Taylor’s research initiatives, contributing to projects exploring AI applications and personal development frameworks. During her work experience, she helped develop the firm’s strategic flywheel and now supports the team’s growing knowledge base through research and analysis. 

Currently studying Real Estate Finance at the University of Reading, Scarlet draws on her background in politics, philosophy and history to make meaningful connections and lead in-depth research projects. 

Before university, she travelled through eight African countries and volunteered with a Durban-based charity teaching English and Art, helping to organise a HOPE Building workshop to share their ethos. Scarlet remains passionate about travel and spends her spare time reading, baking, and planning her next trip. Inspired by her farming-community roots, she has a particular interest in environmentally conscious housing, especially the use of sustainable, agriculture-based materials such as wool.
