Lucy Taylor – Operations Director

As Operations Director, Lucy helps make sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly so the whole team can do their best work for clients. She oversees the business’s operations, finance, HR, and client success functions, making sure the right people, tools, and processes are in place to support a growing and dynamic consultancy.

Lucy’s all about enabling others to deliver impact—whether that’s through better systems, smarter ways of working, or simply giving people the space and support to shine. She works closely with Hugh to keep the business on track strategically and financially, while also helping to nurture the culture that makes Roadnight Taylor such a special place to work.

Away from the office, Lucy is a keen gardener and frustrated bee keeper, and also enjoys spending time by (or on) the sea.
