Jenny Goward – HR Manager

Jenny has over 25 years’ experience working as an HR generalist within large corporate organisations, SMEs and small owner-managed businesses including public, private and not-for-profit organisations. Her career has spanned many sectors including manufacturing, travel, pharmaceutical, care, hospitality, housing and employment services for people with a disability or at disadvantage.

Jenny will bring her pragmatic approach to helping Roadnight Taylor and our employees realise their full potential and she will support the performance and development of our already positive culture!

Jenny is a Fellow of the CIPD, has a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and an MBA from Bath University.

In her spare time she likes to keep active, including enjoying long walks, socialising with family and friends (which usually involves lots of yummy food and wine!) and travelling in both her motorhome but also further afield to experience new cultures.
