Jenny brings nearly 30 years’ experience as an HR generalist, having worked across large corporates, SMEs, and small owner-managed businesses in both the public and private sectors. Her career has spanned industries as varied as manufacturing, travel, pharmaceuticals, care, hospitality, housing, and disability employment services.
At Roadnight Taylor, Jenny helps to shape the people side of the business, by strengthening our culture, embedding our values, and establishing great employee benefits. She leads performance reviews, drives personal and professional development, and brings forward ideas that help the team thrive. With her pragmatic yet transformational approach, Jenny ensures colleagues feel supported, valued, and empowered to realise their full potential.
Jenny is a Fellow of the CIPD, holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, and an MBA from Bath University.
Away from work she loves keeping active, heading off for long walks, travelling in her motorhome or further afield to experience new cultures, and enjoying plenty of good food, wine, and laughter with friends and family.
