Jaclyn Clapton – Finance Manager

Jaclyn is a qualified Accounting Technician and Certified Xero Advisor with over 20 years of experience in finance. She has worked in both large manufacturing firms and smaller service-based companies, and now oversees all aspects of our financial operations.

In her current role, Jaclyn ensures our financial systems and processes run smoothly and efficiently. She helps the team measure, analyse and interpret financial information to support informed decision-making and drive ambitious goals. Alongside her core responsibilities, she also enjoys the variety and connection that comes with supporting and communicating with our clients as part of her day-to-day work.

Outside of work, Jaclyn’s life is just as full. With two young children and a passion for travel, she spends her spare time cooking, paddleboarding and camping. In her six years living abroad, the three she spent in New Zealand stand out as the most unforgettable.
