Abigail Leach – People and Culture Lead
“Cultivating the environment where great work happens”
Abi keeps Roadnight Taylor running smoothly while shaping the culture that makes it a great place to work. As People and Culture Lead, she brings together sharp organisation, genuine warmth and an instinctive understanding of people, making her invaluable to colleagues and clients alike. Her enthusiasm and positivity shine through in everything she takes on, and her foresight means the details are always taken care of before anyone else has noticed them.
Her influence spans far beyond the day-to-day. Abi has led special projects that bring the Roadnight Taylor culture to life, most notably transforming the firm’s Cart Shed into a professional podcast studio and collaborative space. Taking ownership from restoration through to production, she learnt to film the podcasts herself, helping the team share its expertise with a wider audience and giving the brand a distinctive, authentic voice.
Before joining Roadnight Taylor, she spent a decade in the equine industry before moving into a senior role at a leading animal charity, experiences that deepened her appreciation for community, care and the value of a strong team culture. Outside work, Abi is happiest outdoors: exploring the countryside, running and taking long walks.
