Laura is central to the client experience at Roadnight Taylor. Often the first point of contact, she leads onboarding with care and warmth, and is excellent at building strong, lasting relationships.

As Client Success Manager, Laura is the vital link between our engineers and our clients, translating complex projects into clear plans and trusted outcomes. With her trademark precision, pace and positivity, she ensures clients are supported and informed at every stage.

Laura’s career began in high-end private companies, where her organisation and people skills were honed in sectors that demand nothing short of perfection. She brings that same conscientious and self-motivated approach to Roadnight Taylor, where her energy and focus help deliver outstanding results for clients.

Away from work, Laura loves to travel and previously lived in South Africa as a Private PA and Au Pair, one of her favourite destinations. Her fox red Labrador, Reggie, keeps her active and entertained on long countryside walks.
