4MW solar scheme in Nottinghamshire
Roadnight Taylor were delighted to secure 4MW of export capacity for a Nottinghamshire estate’s second solar farm. We enabled their first at 20MW. The smaller scheme was taken on by a separate developer following a successful bid by another leading player in the solar market.
The developer persevered with a difficult scheme and achieved planning at appeal in plenty of time to meet the 31 March 2017 1.2 ROC energisation deadline. The client, which is a large landed estate, is enjoying a lucrative lease of 26 to 40 years.
